By signing below, you give the Madelia Lions Club permission to enter your property on a date communicated in advance to install a PVC ground sleeve, flagpole, and U.S. flag (with or without a solar light, based on your selection). You agree to receive emails or messages related ONLY to the Fly the Flag program, including installation details and renewal notices. You will not recieve any other Lions Club Communications unless you choose to opt-in separately. Payments are non-refundable, but you may request removal of the flag at any time. This is an automatically renewing annual subscription; you’ll receive a reminder before each renewal and can cancel at any time.
