I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree that my participation in any and all services, consultations, advice, recommendations, guidance, conversations, research summaries, written materials, or interactions of any kind provided by Marc Sattva Noblitt, PhD and 1YogaWellness LLC (including through yogapainmanagement.com or any other means) is entirely voluntary and at my own risk.
I understand and accept that these interactions may involve inherent risks on any topic whatsoever, including but not limited to: health, medical, or wellness matters (including aggravation of existing conditions, pain, cancer, liver failure, high blood pressure, back pain, surgical recovery, or any other physical or emotional issue); financial, tax, or investment matters; mechanical, household, or appliance repairs; lifestyle, diet, supplements, exercise; or any other subject.
These risks may include physical injury, worsening of symptoms, financial loss, adverse reactions, or any other harm arising from any statements, suggestions, instructions, or communications, whether by casual conversation, written, verbal, in-person, virtual, or any other means.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Marc Sattva Noblitt, PhD and 1YogaWellness LLC, its affiliates, assistants, agents, or representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, including for injury, illness, financial loss, or any other damages, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to any advice or interaction provided. This release includes claims based on ordinary negligence.
I understand and agree that all information, opinions, suggestions, or recommendations I receive are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, financial, tax, legal, therapeutic, engineering, or otherwise. Marc Sattva Noblitt, PhD is not a licensed physician, financial advisor, tax professional, attorney, engineer, or any other licensed practitioner in any field. I have been advised to consult with qualified, licensed professionals in the relevant field before taking any action based on these discussions. No representations or guarantees of any kind have been made.
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own decisions and any consequences that follow. Any improvement, benefit, or outcome I experience is coincidental and not claimed or guaranteed by Marc Sattva Noblitt, PhD or 1YogaWellness LLC. This waiver is intended to be as broad as permitted by law.
Governing Law and Venue This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the services provided shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The participant hereby irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
