Teams in UIL 4A-6A must play in the Big School bracket.&#13;&#10;Teams in UIL 1A-3A may play in either bracket.&#13;&#10;Any team that feels they can compete with big schools is encouraged to play in the Big School bracket.

The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that it has the full capacity and authority to enter into, execute, deliver and perform this contract, and that such execution, delivery and performance will be valid and binding upon the aforenamed school regardless of any coaching or athletic director changes. The undersigned acknowledges that AMBUCS is relying upon this representation in the preparation of its tournament. Breach of this contract will result in severe and irreparable harm to Caprock AMBUCS. As a result, failure to perform will result in a withdrawal fee payable to AMBUCS. The withdrawal fee will be incurred after school fails to attend scheduled game(s) OR if school communicates before tournament that the team will be unable to attend the tournament. Withdrawal prior to November 1st will result in a $1,000 fee. On November 1st the withdrawal fee increases to $3,000. THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE.

The undersigned does hereby bind the aforementioned school to perform this contract; however, teams are not confirmed until acknowledged in writing by Caprock AMBUCS.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;

This participation contract also permits the names of schools, pictures of games etc for marketing and promotional purposes.

Athletic Director will each receive an email requesting signature.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;ATHLETIC DIRECTOR SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR COMPLETION OF CONTRACT&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Each team is guaranteed 4 games!&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Teams are not guaranteed bracket position, placement or level of competition.

I understand that my school will be subject to a withdrawal fee if we fail to attend scheduled game(s) OR if we communicate before tournament that the team will be unable to attend the tournament. Withdrawal prior to November 1st will result in a $1,000 fee. On November 1st the withdrawal fee increases to $3,000.

I understand that my team may be expected to play in the morning on the first day of the tournament if my school is within 120 miles of Lubbock or if my team plans to arrive in Lubbock the night before the tournament

I agree to stay at a host hotel if traveling to Lubbock and also encourage fans to use the host hotels on the tournament website. This helps the tournament hosts keep this an entry fee-free tournament.

I understand that I will be required to submit a roster and photo of my team by the end of November. Further instructions will be provided in November.

I understand that my athletic director will receive an email requesting a digital signature for this application. Their signature is required to complete the application.
