Wig Contract Form

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to Exquisite Krowns’ Policies and Terms & Conditions as outlined on our website, www.exquisitekrowns.com. This agreement is legally binding.

You understand that the processing timeframe for custom wig units is 5–14 business days, unless otherwise stated. Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate head circumference measurements for all wig purchases. Exquisite Krowns is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.

For units that are already completed and ready for pickup, please allow 3–5 business days prior to pickup availability.

This form is required for each wig unit purchased and must be completed prior to order processing. Failure to submit this agreement within 24 hours of purchase will result in automatic order cancellation and a refund.

Exquisite Krowns does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.

By completing this purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered or products delivered in accordance with the order details. Any chargeback or dispute filed after confirmed delivery will be actively contested using order documentation, photo and video evidence, shipping confirmation, and signature verification.

Exquisite Krowns reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in cases of fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or policy violations, including but not limited to collection efforts, recovery of funds, administrative fees, and legal costs as permitted by law. Clients who engage in such actions will be permanently restricted from future purchases.
