Saturday, May 23rd, 2026 • Parade Line-up: 6:00-7:30pm • Judging: 7:45pm • Parade Start: 8:30pm
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MAY 1st • LATE FEE APPLIED AFTER: May 1st • NO REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER MAY 11th, 2026

$40 late fee will be due upon receipt of applications turned in after May 1st, 2026. Entries will only be accepted until May 11th, 2026. No walk ups day of event will be allowed. Please describe your entry in detail, this will be announced as your entry passes by the judges. Include: names of individuals riding in your entry, description of costumes/uniforms, cultural or ethnic representation, past appearances or awards, years in existence as a group or organization, any special interest story that makes your entry unique. If you have any names that are unusual please show how to pronounce them.

Entry not accepted unless full payment has been made. Spring Fest Parade Committee reserves the right to refuse any application. Applicant will be notified once application is accepted.
DISCLAIMER/HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The undersigned hereby accepts and assumes any and all risks, claims, actions and damages, direct or indirect, which the undersigned may incur as the result of participation in any event or activity that is sanctioned by Moses Lake Spring Festival. I expressly agree that I will hold Spring Fest, its board of directors, the City of Moses Lake and all their respective officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns harmless, and otherwise idemnify the same, from and a against any such risk, claim, action or damage arising from my participation in any such event. It is my expressed intention that this disclaimer and hold harmless agreement be binding upon my agent, representatives, heirs and assigns. Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to the Spring Fest, City of Moses Lake and /or their agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
