The New 2026 Reservation System

1. Review the availability matrix (https://www.rollstone.org/availibility-2-1) to decide which cabin or tent site & the dates that you would like
2. Fill in page 2 of this form with general information about yourself
3. At the bottom of page 2 click either Cabins or Tent Sites to be taken to the appropriate page for that reservation
4. Complete your reservation and click on SUBMIT to send us the form
5. Reservations will be reviewed/approved in the order they are received
6. After we review the form we will send you an acknowledgment invoice 
7. Payment of 50% of the invoice is due within 30 days.  Full payment must be made by June 1st

Because Camp Wellville is a private, nonprofit community, reservations from first-time guests are reviewed before being confirmed. This helps us care well for our campers, staff, and shared space.
