Venue Rental Restrictions
Capacity Limits
Guest count must not exceed the maximum allowed under the selected package. Additional guests require prior approval and additional fees.
Permits & Approvals
Required permits for outdoor or public venues are the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise stated.
Noise Restrictions
All events must comply with local noise ordinances. Amplified sound may be limited by time and volume.
Weather Conditions
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. iDiscover is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by weather unless a weather contingency plan is arranged.
Setup & Breakdown Time
Setup and breakdown must occur within the agreed rental window. Overtime is subject to additional charges.
Decor & Installations
No permanent fixtures, drilling, or alterations allowed.
Confetti, glitter, nails, adhesives, or open flames are prohibited unless approved in advance.
Equipment & Add-Ons
Speakers, signage, additional chairs, décor, projectors, tents, and lighting are not included unless specifically added to the booking.
Power & Utilities
Power access is limited for outdoor venues. Additional generators or electrical needs must be requested in advance.
Damage & Clean-Up
Renter is responsible for any damages and must leave the venue in its original condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Security & Safety
Security personnel may be required for certain events and will be charged separately. iDiscover reserves the right to stop an event if safety concerns arise.

Alcohol & Food Service
Alcohol service requires proper licensing and approval. All catering vendors must meet health and safety standards.
Cancellation Policy
