Every effort will be made to hang every item registered. However, Yakima Valley Quilters' Guild reserves the right to limit the number of entries due to space limitations. Please register early as priority will be given based on date entered.

Every precaution to present and safeguard your quilt will be taken. However, by registering, you agree that you will not hold the Yakima Valley Quilters' Guild or any of its volunteers responsible for any loss or damage incurred to any items exhibited in the show. Check with your homeowners insurance for any coverage of your entries while displayed.

Hanging sleeves are required on all quilts and wall hangings destined for the main show area (including youth entries). Friendship booth, Guild Projects display, Miniatures, and "Trinkets and Things" Challenge entries do not need a sleeve.

Deliver quilts to Yakima Convention Center on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 between 10:00am and 6:00pm.

Pick up quilts at Yakima Convention Center on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 between 6:00pm and 7:00pm
