- Your Certificate of Liability Insurance must list the Cape Vincent Chamber of Commerce as an additional insured.
- Coverage must meet a minimum liability of $1,000,000.
- Single-event policies are acceptable.

Refund Policy
Booth fees are non-refundable once paid. This event operates rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to:
- Weather-related conditions
- Vendor cancellations
- Travel issues or personal emergencies
If an application is declined, the booth fee will be refunded minus processing and administrative costs.

By submitting this application, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to all event policies.

Applications must include all required documentation and full payment to be considered complete.

Vendor Promotion & Photo Use
Photos and business descriptions submitted may be used to create Vendor Profiles on our website and Facebook page to help promote both your business and the French Festival.

All submitted photos are granted limited-use permission for promotional purposes only.
