  • SECTION 6: DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING CONSENT

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE: Four Corners Home Inspections maintains a drug-free workplace. All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Employees may be subject to random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and return-to-duty testing.
    CONSENT FOR TESTING: I understand and agree that as a condition of employment, I must successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. I further agree to submit to testing during employment under the following circumstances:
    • Pre-Employment Testing-Before beginning work
    • Random Testing-Without advance notice
    • Reasonable Suspicion Testing - When reasonable bellef exists
