THE DEADLINE FOR ALUMNI ROW SUBMISSIONS IS SUNDAY, MAY 31ST, 2026, unless approved by the 5K Run/Walk Committee.
This application reserves a 10'X10' space for your organization. 6' Table and 2 chairs will be available for a nominal fee, or you can bring your own. The alliance will NOT provide carts, dollies, etc.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Chapters may set up their tents and tables on June 26th, 2026, between 4:00–6:00 PM. All chapters must be set-up no later than 7:00 AM June 27th, 2026, the morning of the event. Chapters must provide their own signage and tents (if applicable).
