Old Dominion (VA) Chapter, The Links, Incorporated, maintains a database of user information, which is used only for internal purposes such as award determinations, records keeping and connecting with students in the future term. This Scholarship Application collects personal information that you knowingly and voluntarily provide. It is this site's general practice to use personal information only for the purposes for which it was requested, and any additional uses specifically stated on the jotform.com site.
