**Exclusions**
We are asking drink vendors to please not sell lemonade. Please allow only lemonade vendors to sell this item only. You will be permitted to sell all other drinks, but please remove lemonade as an option at the Mega Market Events to make it more fair for our lemonade vendors that only sell one item. Thank you.

I understand I will be fined and expelled from the event for selling items that are not listed in the product list

I will have prices of items clearly displayed for customers to see before making a purchase

I will dispose of my own trash at the vendor dumpster and will not use the customer trash. I will take home all grease/oil to dispose of properly. I will not dispose of gray water on premises. I will not dump anything into any storm drains, sewers, or into the grass.

Vendor Acknowledgment & No Refund Policy

By signing this agreement and participating in any Mega Night Market event, Vendor acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Business Risk Acknowledgment

Vendor understands that participation in any festival, market, fair, or event involves inherent business risk. Attendance, customer traffic, weather conditions, economic conditions, competing events, and consumer spending are unpredictable and beyond the control of the Organizer.

2. No Guarantee of Sales or Attendance

Mega Night Market, its organizers, affiliates, employees, and venue partners make no guarantees or representations regarding:

- Event attendance
- Number of customers
- Vendor sales or profits
- Media exposure or promotional results

Vendor understands that sales may exceed expectations, meet expectations, or fall below expectations.

3. No Refund Policy

Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendor agrees that dissatisfaction with sales, customer traffic, attendance, weather conditions, market conditions, event performance, or personal business results shall not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, chargeback, dispute, or reimbursement.

4. Shared Risk

Vendor acknowledges that both the Vendor and Organizer assume financial risk in producing and participating in the event. The Organizer invests substantial resources into venue rental, permits, marketing, entertainment, staffing, insurance, equipment, and event operations without any guarantee of success.

5. Vendor Responsibility

Vendor accepts full responsibility for their own inventory, staffing, pricing, customer service, marketing efforts, and business performance during the event.

6. Agreement

By signing below, Vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms and understand that participation in the event is a business opportunity that carries both potential rewards and potential risks.

Vendors are expected to promote the event. I understand my vendor fees goes towards marketing expenses and I agree to promote & market the event via social media: Facebook, Instagram, & Tik Tok using the marketing materials from Mega Night Market website & social media accounts tagging the market on all social media platforms

With this event’s vendor fees being lowered, I will keep my menu food/drink items $15 & under to provide affordable options for customers
