First-time customers and returning customers who have not previously signed this agreement are required to sign and submit it before services can commence. This document confirms your understanding of our terms and conditions, as well as compliance with Elle Louise Lane's Policy.
PAYMENTS
For website and landing page projects, deposits are accepted exclusively. Payment of deposits is required before services commence, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Full payment is mandatory prior to granting access to the website. A 7-day window is provided for final payment post-project completion, after which the account will be deactivated if payment is not made. Projects outside the scope of websites and landing pages require advance payment.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Please note that all payments are final and non-refundable once processed. It is essential to understand that any deposits made will be retained. You are required to submit all necessary information and images for your project within 7 business days. Failure to do so will result in the project being deemed abandoned, relieving us of any further obligation.
PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT
We retain the discretion to include completed projects in our portfolio and provide a website credit in the footer section of your site, subject to notification of any privacy concerns.
COPYRIGHT FOR ARTWORK
Graphic designs produced by Elle Louise Lane are custom-made and exclusive to each business, becoming the client's property upon completion of payment. Projects may include stock and AI-generated images. Any use of concepts not chosen and paid for would constitute a violation of Elle Louise Lane's rights. Elle Louise Lane retains the authority to utilize her designs for marketing and advertising purposes.
REVISIONS
Revisions are an integral component of all design services offered. Two complimentary revisions are included, encompassing corrections of errors, adjustments to verbiage, layout tweaks, and element removal. Subsequent revisions incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the standard rate. It is essential to note that redesigns, which entail restarting the project from scratch, require a new agreement and payment of 100% of the original fee due to the considerable time and effort involved. Rest assured, diligent efforts will be made to bring your vision to fruition, but compensations are not adjustable.
ABANDONED PROJECTS
Projects will be deemed abandoned if we do not receive communication from you within a 14-day period. Upon abandonment, all rights to utilize the presented work will cease, unless the project has been paid in full. Any communication received after the 14th day will incur an additional startup fee.
DESIGNER CREDITS
In accordance with our agreement, clients of Elle Louise Lane are required to acknowledge Elle Louise Lane's design contribution, providing her with the credit she deserves for her tireless work in crafting unique designs, much like the recognition afforded to photographers, given the considerable time and effort invested in creating original designs.
NON- DISCLOSURE
As a client/customer of Elle Louise Lane you have to agree you cannot or will not disclose any negativity about the designer, the designs and or the business in general publicly, nor can you have anyone who hasn't signed this agreement to do so.
You can't edit any of my artwork without consent, nor can you go to another designer to attempt to duplicate my designs, being that they're all truly original.
You must agree that if and or when an issue it will be handled privately. Failure to comply with agreement will result to legal action being taken.
