Full day participants will bring a lunch on Thursday and ALL campers will be served pizza on Friday at 11:30. If your child has a food allergy, sensitivity or preference then they may bring a personal lunch on Friday or you may arrange to have their own lunch delivered.

If you need to cancel camp, please let us know right away. You will need to fill out and turn in the Camp Cancellation Form. The Rodeo Camp registration deadline is Saturday, February 21th . After that date, prices will increase by $10 and there will be no refunds allowed (only gym credits if a cancellation form is turned in 24 hours before camp starts).

Once received, the front desk will add your child to the roster, add pertinent annual registration and camp charges to your account and contact you to verify a 24 hour hold for your registration for this camp. You will have 24 hours to pay for your camp space to formally reserve it. If we do not receive payment on time, we will email a drop notice and your child will be removed from the roster.*
