Exhibit Categories & Eligibility
The West Coast Women’s Show is curated for exhibitors whose products or services are primarily marketed to women.
The West Coast Family Show is curated for exhibitors whose products or services are household based, family oriented, or broadly targeted to a general audience.
The Christmas Marketplace is curated for exhibitors offering original, handmade, or artist-designed products that are made in Canada. Products must be created by the exhibiting artist or maker. Imported, mass-produced, or resale products are not permitted in the Christmas Marketplace.
Exhibitors must apply to the show that best aligns with their primary target audience. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Show Management reserves the right to determine exhibitor eligibility, suitability, show classification, and final booth placement.
Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Exhibitors
- Only one representative per MLM company is permitted.
- MLM exhibitors are required to book a minimum 10' x 10' booth.
- Booth sharing or subletting is not permitted.

Booth Setup and Amenities
- 8' back drape and 3' side drape
- Aisle carpet throughout the show
Exhibitor Credentials and Listings
- Exhibitor badges (5 per 10' x 10' booth, 10 per 10' x 20' booth, 3 per 5' x 10' booth)
- Basic online exhibitor listing including company name, logo, booth number, and short description
- Company name and booth number listed in the official show guide
- 15 VIP tickets mailed to the address provided at least one month prior to the show
Logistics and Support
- 24 hour security during the show
- On-site storage for boxes, crates, and pallets
- On-site material handling, including forklift time
- Hand carts and trolleys available for exhibitor use
- Comprehensive Exhibitor Services Manual and exhibitor bulletins

Food and Beverage Exhibitors
- Food and beverage exhibitors may sell pre-packaged products for off-site and take-home consumption.
- Food and beverage exhibitors may sample products at the show, subject to Fraser Health approval.
- Food and beverage exhibitors are not permitted to sell food for on-site consumption.
- Food trucks are not permitted at the show.
- Licensed liquor manufacturers with an on-site store endorsement are permitted to sell packaged liquor and samples within the Christmas Marketplace of the West Coast Family Show.
