    If you pre-enter and do not check in with the show office by the posting of the draw at the show, your entry will be scratched. If you check in after the draw has been posted, you will be an add-in at the end of the draw.

    • To be eligible for TIP High Point Barrel Award, you must provide the horse's TIP Number

    Cash entries for 70% cash payback - no checks!  $10 office/timer fee per rider

    Office opens 5:15 PM, Draw closes 6:30 PM, Open Arena 6:30-6:45 PM

    Exhibitions - No pre-entry, 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, limit 50 runs.  $5 per run at the office the day of the show.

    Helmets required for riders under 18.

    • Pee Wee 3D (10 & under not running in any other class, walk/trot only. Canter will be disqualified. May be leadline or independent rider)
    • Open 4D - all ages except Pee Wee
    • Masters 3D (ages 40+ as of January 1st)
    • Youth 3D (ages 18 & under as of January 1st)
    • Middles 3D (ages 19 to 39 as of January 1st)

    All riders must sign a waiver annually. A signed waiver must be on file before mounting your horse on the show grounds.

  • About the The Farm, Home, & Youth Foundation of Montgomery County

    The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that owns and operates the Farm, Home, & Youth Complex (formerly known as the Montgomery County 4-H Center) in Collegeville, PA. The Foundation donates use of the facilities to the numerous county 4-H clubs that are based in Montgomery County. This includes animal science clubs like livestock, beekeeping, seeing eye puppy club, and poultry as well as horse science clubs, and community clubs like sewing and crafting. Proceeds from public events that are hosted by the Foundation go directly to the maintenance and repair of the buildings and grounds. We are a private non-profit and do not receive any government funding or funding from Penn State/4-H.
