Event: WSP Garage & Craft Sale
Date: Saturday, Mar. 14, 2026
Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Location: Access Centre, West St. Paul Recreation Site
48 Holland Rd., RM of West St. Paul, MB

Vendor Information
A limited number of vendor spots are available, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
Hand crafters are welcome to apply, however, to ensure variety for shoppers, we will only accept one vendor per craft type (for example: one record seller, one 3D printer vendor, one candle maker, etc.).

Acceptance emails will be sent out by Feb. 13, 2026 to all approved vendors. Please do not submit payment until you receive your acceptance email.

Set-Up & Take-Down
Friday Set-Up:
The Access Centre will be open Friday, Mar. 13, from 3:00–8:00 pm for vendor set-up at your assigned table in the gymnasium. Items may remain set up overnight. The facility will be locked and alarmed; however, the RM of West St. Paul is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please bring a table cover to secure your items overnight.

Saturday Set-Up:
If you are unable to set up Friday, doors will open Saturday Mar. 14 at 8:00 am for set-up.

Event End & Tear-Down:
The sale concludes at 3:00 pm. Vendors are asked to remain set up for the full duration of the event.

Tear-down must be completed by 4:00 pm.

Donation Pick-Up
Canadian Goodwill will be picking up donations. Not all items are accepted.
Accepted items must be bagged and clearly labelled by category.
Items that are not properly prepared may be refused.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for activities or events (including Craft Sales and Garage Sales) organized by the RM of West St. Paul.

Vendors Selling Food
Additional details will be provided closer to the event.
This event falls under Manitoba Health Farmers’ Market Guidelines.
Vendors selling non-potentially hazardous foods may operate under a market permit.
Vendors selling other food items must obtain their own permit from a Public Health Inspector.
