Zeke is a Mobile Notary Public, Wedding Officiant and Process Server (Officer of the Court) servicing and providing mobile services you may require. We provide services to local communities in the surrounding Kern County areas: Bakersfield, Delano, McFarland, Wasco, Shafter, Taft, Frazier Park, California City, Ridgecrest, Rosamond, Tehachapi, Arvin, Lost Hills, Lake Isabella

Zekes Mobile Notary Services provide a convenient way to get documents notarized by a commissioned notary public who will travel to your home, office, or another location, ideal for busy schedules or mobility issues, offering services for real estate loan documents, legal, and other important papers, These services save time by eliminating trips to an office.

I Do Not Provide or Offer Free (Pro Bono) Services. If you need my services, there is a service fee that must be paid to hire my service.

My services include:
*Notary Services,
*Process Services,
*Traveling to other address(es) for notary signers or serving legal documents,
*Pick up medical records/documents per Supeona,
*E-filing to Courts (Divorces, Small Claims and Court Summons)
*Mailing your documents via USPS or FEDEX

I am currently only allowed to Notarize hard copies only.
I have not been cleared or received training to do any Electronic Remote Online Notary Services (RON). Currently, there is no notary in California that has been approved to do Remote Online Notary (RON).
Remote Online Notary (RON) through SB 696, implementation for CA-commissioned notaries is pending (expected by 2030).
Currently, residents must use out-of-state commissioned notaries for virtual notarizations. 

I will request and need some information about the notary services you are needing before I could quote you.

Question: Without knowing the documents that you want to be notarized. What document (titles) do you need to be notarized 

Question: Do you have your paperwork printed out and ready to sign or do I need to print your documents?
(Additional fee if you need me to print out your paperwork for you. Email me your paperwork and I will print it out for you) First 20pages no charge. 21plus pages $.25 each page.

Question: How many people will be signing the documents.

Question: How many signatures on the document needs to be notarized, if you know?

Question: Where do you need me to travel to, to do the notary assignment (City and Address)?  
There is a Travel Fee to travel outside the city limits of Bakersfield.

The service fee that I quote you will cover the notary signature(s) plus my Travel to you.
Each signature that requires notarization is $15 each.  
(Regular Business Hours 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday)   
Additional fee for After Hours, Weekends and ALL Holidays. 

To travel to a Medical or Prison/Jail Facilities (Hospitals, Living Assistance Facilities, Prisons and County Jail), within the City Limits of Bakersfield and outside the city limits of Bakersfield, there is an additional travel fee.

Please do not sign your documents until the notary is in front of you.

You acknowledge by hiring my services, that there will be a CANCELLATION FEE or NO SHOW fee that will be due and payable to the notary if a signer refuses to sign, is unable to sign documents or does not SHOW UP...
Cancellation Fee varies from $25 to $100 for my time and travel to meet with you and or signer at the time of appointment.

The Individual signing the document must be coherent and must know what he or she is signing.
If the Individual is suffering from dementia and cannot sign or put an "X" by themselves. Notary signing cannot happen. I request this respectfully, please let me know if this applies to you or to the person(s) signing legal document.

If the signer is coherent and knows what's going on and can only make an "X" on the document. There will need to be two witnesses at the time of notary who can witness the "X" being done by the signer.

California prohibits Notaries from certifying a signers status as a representative.

If your documents require a witness or witnesses to sign the document(s) also being notarized. You must have your Witness(es) available at the time of the notary assignment. I do not provide or have witnesses for you to be provided during signing assignment.

I as a notary cannot be a witness and a notary during the same signing. I can only be one: a notary or a witness.

I do not want to waste your time and my time if I’m unable to conduct notary service.

Waiting Time:
When you hire my services, I understand you are a busy person.
I will be at your place of business or home on time to conduct your notary service.
But as well I have other appointments I must keep and be on time
for my clients:
Free for the first 15 minutes of Scheduled Appointment
$15.00 for each additional 15 minutes thereafter for Waiting
(15-30 minutes) $15.00
(31-45 minutes) $30.00
(46-60 minutes) $45.00
(61-75 minutes) $60.00
(76-90 minutes) $75.00
