We are building a database of performers of colour in every city across the UK to send to promoters, so that they will book at least one POC or GRT person per show. We think DIY shows should represent a mixture of culture and sounds. While we can't promise this will definitely get you booked, but we hope to use our database as a resource that we can all collectively send to promoters to help add pressure for them to add a minimum of one POC or GRT person per show.

Bits of clarity
I'm just one person organising this to help spread information to promoters (although I might get some people to help out). As such, I'm not going to be able to deal with really specific requests - I'm just putting us on a spreadsheet. Below, I just need you to agree to a few different things to go forward with stuff.
A lot of the promoters that we are in touch with are transgender, and they're all either lefty, anarchist, radical left or anti-conservative. Are you cool with that?
