    Please complete the form below to apply to be featured at our 3rd annual Spring Fling at the Stables event. This event will take place Saturday April 25, 2026 at the Grand Way in Elora. We are making an effort to showcase a variety of vendors. Those selected to be featured will receive a follow up email to complete payment and secure their spot.
  • Up to 80 vendors will set up in the Paddock & Annex which adjoins the GrandWay Events Centre in Elora. The facility is temperature controlled and power is available upon request. Vendor fee is $100.00. Vendor spaces are 7 ‘ wide by 13 ‘ deep. Food trucks and food vendors also welcome! 9 stalls are available to youth vendors (age 12- 17), at no charge. 9 stalls are available for Non-Profit Service Providers, at no charge.   All vendors have the option of including an item in our swag bags, and will be mentioned in event day materials and social media. We will have lawn signs throughout Wellington County, the roads leading up to The Grandway on event day, broad flyer distribution and social media coverage. We anticipate over 600+ patrons. The Spring Fling is a fundraiser for the Community Resource Centre’s Community Outreach and Support Service Programs which rely solely on the generosity of our community. As such, we will request a $5.00 donation as this year’s entry fee for patrons. Please visit our Vendor Information Package for the event map and more details.

  • PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING

    Before applying for your space at this event please be aware of additional vending requirements: 1. We expect all vendors to promote this event to the best of their ability, by hanging posters, posting on social media, emailing your network, inviting attendees to our event page. 2. Inside Vendors requiring large amounts of power will be required to bring their own generator. 3. Food Trucks are required to provide their own power and water. 4. All food Vendors will be required to apply for a Special Event Food Vendor Permit through Public Health and Food Trucks will require a Food Vehicle Vendor Licence through the Township of Centre Wellington. 5. Vendor space is limited and vendors selected to be featured will receive an email to complete payment and secure a spot. All vendor selection decisions are final. Because this is a fundraiser event, vendor fees will not be refunded.
