Summer Discovery: ENGINE BUILDING BOOTCAMP

If openings become available due to participant withdrawals, individuals on the wait list will be contacted in the order their registrations are received.The EBB is presented by the National Motorsports Association in partnership with Summer Discovery, sponsors, and community supporters. The program provides youth with instruction and enrichment in Math, Literacy, Automotive Technology, and Motorsports Career Exploration. Host location: North Rosedale Park Community Center, 18445 Scarsdale St, Detroit, MI 48223. Parents will be responsible for transportation to & from location. Drop off between 8:40a - 9a and pick up at 4p - 4:10p. Mon.-Fri.
Along with assessments, students in rising grades 3-10 will be asked to complete a post-survey after the program so that we can evaluate any program-related successes and challenges this year in order to continue to improve Summer Discovery to best serve all students and families. No further action is required to provide consent for your child to participate. If you would prefer that your child not participate, please notify - ATTENTION: T. Bell at contact@nmadetroit.com confirming you would like to opt-out of student survey.
