Terms and Conditions

Vendor Responsibilities
- The Vendor agrees to set up and tear down their booth within stipulated time.
- The Vendor will receive an 6/8 feet table and 2 chairs.
- The Vendor agrees to keep their space clean and to remove all trash and debris at the end of the event.
- Vendor agrees to pay for damages caused by them.
Product and Conduct:
- The Vendor agrees to sell or display only the products or services described in their application.
- The Vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
- The Vendor agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
Liability and Insurance:
- The Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Organizer from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Vendor’s participation in the event.
- The Vendor is responsible for their own insurance coverage for their products, equipment, and liability.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- If the Vendor needs to cancel their participation, they must notify the Organizer 30 days prior to event to receive a 100% refund.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns) and will provide notice as soon as possible.
No Exclusivity:
- The Organizer does not guarantee exclusivity to any Vendor regarding the products or services they offer at the event unless agreed upon in a separate contract.
Intellectual Property & Non-Imitation Caveat:
- Naija Market Day® is a trademarked event and brand protected under Canadian trademark and intellectual property laws. By registering as a vendor and participating in Naija Market Day, you acknowledge and agree that you shall not, without the prior written consent of the organizers, copy, reproduce, imitate, adapt, or create any event, market, platform, program, or business concept that is identical or substantially similar to the Naija Market Day brand, name, format, structure, or business model.
- Any unauthorized use, replication, or misrepresentation of the Naija Market Day name, logo, concepts, systems, or overall trade dress—whether in part or in whole—constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be treated as a liable offense under applicable Canadian laws. Naija Market Day reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, against any individual or entity found in violation of this provision.
