Photographer / Vendor / Make Up Artist / Designer RegistrationOrlando Spring Runway – April 4, 2026Presented by My Little MatildaThe Orlando Spring Runway, produced by My Little Matilda, welcomes photographers, vendors, makeup artists, hair stylists, and designers to apply for participation in our Spring 2026 runway event. This event brings together fashion creatives for a professionally produced runway show with promotional exposure across social media, website, and magazine platforms.Photographers who are not representing official press are required to complete a privacy contract. Once approved, photographers will be granted access to the runway shows. This is an unpaid opportunity; however, photographers will receive event access and full credit on all published content where their images are used. The event may select and use photos for promotional purposes with proper credit. Edited photos must be delivered within 48 hours after the event via Dropbox or Google Drive and emailed to info@mylittlematilda.net. Each photographer is required to provide a shareable link to the photos at no cost for event promotion and to share images with all participating models. Official social media handles will be used for proper credit. Photographers must carry their own insurance and are responsible for all personal and travel expenses.Hair and makeup artists will participate at no cost as an opportunity to promote their work and gain runway experience. All participating artists are responsible for covering their own expenses. In return, hair and makeup artists will be tagged on social media and featured on the event website and magazine as event sponsors.Vendors are invited to participate with a vendor table fee of $35. Space is limited, and placement is subject to availability. Payment is required upon confirmation of acceptance.Designers may apply through this registration form. Additional details regarding designer participation will be shared after application review and approval. There is no fee for designer registration. Spots are limited.
