    All Girls Box teams/clubs wishing to attend a Girls Box Tournament in 2026 must use this centralized registration form
  • To help improve equitable distribution of Girls Box tournament spaces, the OLA Girls Box Coordinator with assistance from the OLA Tournament Committee will manage the registration of all Girls Box tournaments.

    The process will be; teams/clubs will submit their preference of tournament(s) using this form ONLY. The OLA Girls Box Coordinator & the OLA Tournament Committee, will assign tournament spaces equitably to increase competitive play between teams.  Teams will receive a reservation notification. Teams/clubs will have 72 hours, after notification is sent, to complete the tournament registration with the selected club and confirm payment. Proof of payment and/or payment acceptance must be emailed to the OLA's Girls Box Coordinator at girlsbox@ontariolacrosse.com.

    If a team/Club chooses to not accept their reserved spot, another tournament space may not be offered.

    All Girls Box tournament spaces must be filled before any expansions will be considered.

    Teams/clubs will automatically be enrolled in their own club tournament. You do not need to select your home tournament as 1 of your choices.

    Club teams travelling together and tournament needs will also be taken into consideration when filling tournament spaces.

    We ask all our members for patience as we work to distribute tournament spaces fairly among teams and equitably across the province to avoid any errors.

    Showcase tournaments are OPEN, others are rated.

    Prior to the OLA Provincial Championships, the Corporation shall rank all clubs and place them into ratings (A, B, C, etc) using the rankings that are calculated by MyLAXrankings.com.  To receive an accurate ranking and qualify for Provincial Championship Play, all teams must play a minimum of ten (10) games, which must include one (1) tournament.  For teams applying to attend more than one tournament, at least one of their tournaments must be outside of their Zone. These games may be a combination of Zone play, tournament games and/or approved non-Zone games (house league games excluded).  Additionally, all teams must fulfill their Zone commitment and be members in good standing.  These games must be completed by the following:

    1. 'A' Qualifier teams - 11 days prior to the first day of Qualifier play; and

    2. Teams competing in the Provincial Festival (U9 through U22) - 18 days prior to the first day of Festival play.
