February Session Descriptions:

February 10 = Attainment Company/Autumn Garza; Jon Karbo; Joni Nygard AAC Essentials for Empowered Classrooms! (GoTalk Now and GoTalk Connect)2.

February 17 = Programming & Use: PRC-Saltillo's Accent & NovaChat. This session will be split between two main topics, intended to provide teams with information to successfully edit, modify, and use PRC-Saltillo communication devices. The session will target both programming and use on the Accent communication device (Unity/LAMP Words for Life language systems) and NovaChat communication device (WordPower/MultiChat language systems).

February 24 = Numotion/Kelsea LeePutting the Pieces Together; Feature Matching to Inform AAC Device Selection: Feature matching is the art of aligning a communicator’s strengths and needs with the right AAC system. This session provides an overview of common features across today’s communication software and explores how those features support a variety of physical, cognitive, and sensory access needs. Participants will gain practical strategies for documenting and justifying ethical, evidence-based recommendations.
