2026 AWARDS NOMINATIONS
  • Each year OPOA recognizes individuals in the law enforcement community who have distinguished themselves, their agencies, and their profession within the past year. We are currently accepting nominations.  Nominations are due by August 15.

Nominations will be considered for incidents having occurred during the previous year.  This may be extended in special circumstances upon OPOA approval.

A seperate nominations form must be completed for each individual you would like nominated. This will prevent the nominee from being missed during the process.

OPOA reserves the right to re-classify the award your nominee qualifies for.  All nominations will be approved by the nominees agency head prior to being awarded.

Click on each section to expand the form. For more information about OPOA awards, visit the Award Criteria Section https://www.opoa.info/awards-nominations

The submission form will require you provide:

Contact information for yourself, the nominee and the nominees agency head as well as a summary of the incident.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at opoa@opoa.info.

    Thank you.
