Acknowledgement of Counselor Responsibilities
By signing below, I certify I understand that, as a counselor at Camp Milton, I am responsible for taking care of my camper for the entirety of camp and these responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, assisting my camper with eating, bathing, getting dressed, using the bathroom, etc.
I understand that, as a returning counselor for Camp Milton, I am responsible for completing any required self-paced counselor training modules before counselor arrival on June 7th.
I understand that, as a new counselor for Camp Milton, I will need to arrive at Tall Oaks on Sunday, June 7th for New Counselor Training.
By signing below, I understand and consent to a background check as part of my registration and eligibility for participation as a counselor at Camp Milton. I authorize Camp Milton and its designated representatives to obtain and review my background information, as required by camp policies. I acknowledge that this consent is a condition of my registration and involvement in camp activities.*
