Acknowledgement of Nurse Responsibilities
By signing below, I certify that I understand that, as a nurse at Camp Milton, I am responsible for addressing the medical needs of campers throughout the duration of camp. These responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, administering medications, monitoring campers’ health, responding to medical emergencies, assisting with personal care tasks such as eating, bathing, dressing, and toileting as needed, and collaborating with camp staff to ensure the safety and well-being of all campers.
I understand that, as a returning nurse for Camp Milton, I am responsible for completing any required self-paced training modules before arrival on June 8th.
I understand that, as a new nurse for Camp Milton, I will need to arrive at Tall Oaks on Sunday, June 8th for New Staff Training.
By signing below, I understand and consent to a background check as part of my registration and eligibility for participation as a nurse at Camp Milton. I authorize Camp Milton and its designated representatives to obtain and review my background information, as required by camp policies.
