Notice to Applicant: By signing this, you agree to the following:

Payment Terms: Payment is strictly due 30 days from the date of invoice.
Default Interest: Overdue accounts will incur interest at a rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily.
Collection Costs: You agree to pay all costs incurred by us in recovering any overdue money, including debt collector commissions and legal fees on a solicitor-client basis.
PPSR & Retention of Title: Ownership of goods remains with North Brisbane Landscape Garden Centre until paid in full. North Brisbane Landscape Garden Centre reserves the right to register a purchase money security interest (PMSI) on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR).
Privacy: You consent to us obtaining a credit report to assess this application.
