Normas del FitCamp

Al registrarme y participar en el Fit Camp, declaro y acepto lo siguiente:
- Participo de manera voluntaria y bajo mi propia responsabilidad, entendiendo que la actividad física conlleva riesgos.
- Declaro que me encuentro en condiciones físicas y de salud adecuadas. En caso de tener alguna condición médica, lesión o embarazo, es mi responsabilidad consultar con un médico antes de participar.
- Me comprometo a respetar mis límites físicos y detener la actividad si presento mareos, dolor o cualquier molestia.
- Libero de toda responsabilidad a la entrenadora, organizadores y al lugar donde se realiza el Fit Camp (incluyendo parques públicos), por cualquier lesión, accidente o condición de salud que pudiera ocurrir durante o después de la actividad.
- Me comprometo a asistir con ropa y calzado adecuados, mantenerme hidratado/a y mantener una conducta respetuosa.
- Autorizo el uso de fotos y videos tomados durante el Fit Camp para fines promocionales. (Si no autorizo, lo notificaré previamente.)

By registering for and participating in the Fit Camp, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I participate voluntarily and at my own risk, understanding that physical activity involves inherent risks.
- I declare that I am in adequate physical and health condition to participate. If
- I have any medical condition, injury, or am pregnant, it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating.
- I agree to respect my physical limits and to stop the activity immediately if I experience dizziness, pain, or any discomfort.
- I release and hold harmless the trainer, organizers, and the location where the Fit Camp takes place (including public parks), from any liability for injuries, accidents, or health conditions that may occur during or after the activity.
- I agree to attend wearing appropriate athletic clothing and footwear, stay properly hydrated, and maintain respectful behavior throughout the activity.
- I authorize the use of photos and videos taken during the Fit Camp for promotional and marketing purposes. (If I do not authorize this, I will notify in advance.)
