SAFETY, RULES & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

To ensure a safe, fun, and smooth experience for all guests, please review the following rules and policies carefully.

SUPERVISION & AGE GUIDELINES

Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times while inside or around the game truck. Rolling Video Games staff are not responsible for supervising children outside of the game truck.

FOOD, DRINKS & PERSONAL ITEMS

No food, drinks, gum, candy, or messy items are allowed inside the game truck at any time. Any damage caused by food, drinks, or misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.

CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR POLICY

Rough play, aggressive behavior, profanity, bullying, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. Rolling Video Games staff reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. Removal due to behavior will be without refund.

TIME & SCHEDULING POLICY

Rental time begins at the scheduled start time, not at the time guests arrive. Late starts do not extend the booked time. Additional time may be available at the discretion of Rolling Video Games and is subject to additional charges.

PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal parking for a large trailer. Parking restrictions, limited access, unsafe conditions, or blocked driveways may prevent full setup. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in video gaming activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, or accidental contact. Rolling Video Games of Will County is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal property.

MEDIA RELEASE

Photos and/or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and advertising. Media consent may be declined by notifying staff prior to the start of the event.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all rules and policies listed above. I acknowledge that failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the game truck and/or termination of services without refund.
