We carefully select vendors who align with the convention's mission and enhance the experience for artists and attendees. Applications are now open and close on Saturday, 28 February 2026. Invitations will be sent in early March. Please take a moment to complete this form. Every participating vendor is required to submit their own application. The information collected here will be securely stored and only shared with the relevant authorities if you are successfully invited — including the City of Sydney for event permitting and compliance purposes.
