Political & Legal Compliance Notice
Participation as a sponsor, vendor, investor, or contributor does not constitute an endorsement by The People’s Guild (“TPG”), nor does TPG endorse any candidate unless expressly stated. All parties are solely responsible for ensuring their participation, contributions, payments, and activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations where applicable. TPG does not provide legal advice and assumes no responsibility for a participant’s compliance obligations. Any political contributions must be made independently and in accordance with law.

Payment & Timing
No payment is required at submission. Upon approval, participants will receive a formal invoice outlining scope, pricing, deadlines, and terms.
