  • POLITICAL / FEC COMPLIANCE CLAUSE
    Political & Legal Compliance Notice
Participation as a sponsor, vendor, investor, or contributor does not constitute an endorsement by The People’s Guild (“TPG”), nor does TPG endorse any candidate unless expressly stated. All parties are solely responsible for ensuring their participation, contributions, payments, and activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations where applicable. TPG does not provide legal advice and assumes no responsibility for a participant’s compliance obligations. Any political contributions must be made independently and in accordance with law.

    DATA USE & PUBLICITY CLAUSE
    Data, Branding & Publicity Rights
By submitting this form, you grant TPG permission to use your name, company name, logo, and a brief description of your participation for event administration, promotional materials, and post-event reporting, unless you explicitly request confidentiality in writing. Submitted information will be used solely for event operations, verification, and coordination, and will not be sold to third parties. TPG reserves the right to omit or anonymize participants at its discretion.

SPONSOR / VENDOR / BOOTH OVERVIEW (ROUGH TERMS)
Sponsor & Vendor Overview (Subject to Approval)
Sponsor and vendor participation is curated and limited. Booth pricing is expected to range from $7,000 to $30,000+, depending on placement, footprint, power/data requirements, and access level. Sponsorship tiers and booth specifics—including size, location, branding opportunities, staffing limits, utilities, and load-in details—will be provided upon approval.

    PAYMENT & TIMING NOTICE
    Payment & Timing
No payment is required at submission. Upon approval, participants will receive a formal invoice outlining scope, pricing, deadlines, and terms. Booths and sponsorships are not secured until payment is received in full by the stated deadline. Failure to remit payment on time may result in forfeiture of placement without liability to TPG. Refunds, if any, are governed by the terms issued with the invoice.

This Portion Below Is For Auction and Raffle Items Only:

    Summary:
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All auction and raffle items are subject to approval and may be rejected, modified, or removed at TPG’s sole discretion. Auction items may include confidential reserve pricing; unsold items incur no obligation. Raffle items are voluntary contributions and do not include revenue sharing unless expressly agreed. TPG retains full program control.

    AUCTION PARTICIPATION — MASTER TERMS
    1. Submission & Discretionary Acceptance
Submission of an auction item constitutes a request, not a guarantee of inclusion.
The People’s Guild (“TPG”) reserves the sole and absolute discretion to accept, reject, or remove any proposed auction item at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to alignment with the event, perceived value, audience relevance, quality standards, reputational considerations, or program fit.

No obligation exists on the part of TPG to provide justification for rejection.

    2. Reserve Price & Auction Structure
All auction items are accepted on a reserve basis unless expressly waived in writing by the contributor.

The contributor may set a confidential reserve price (minimum acceptable sale amount).
The reserve price is not required to be disclosed to bidders.
A starting bid and optional buy-it-now price may be established.
TPG retains discretion over auction format, placement, timing, promotion, and eligibility (including VIP-only designation).

    3. No-Sale Outcome
If bidding does not meet the reserve price:

The item shall be deemed unsold
    No funds shall be exchanged
No fees or obligations shall arise
The item shall be returned to the contributor
The contributor waives any claim arising from non-sale
TPG shall have no liability for failure to achieve the reserve price.

    4. Revenue Share (Sale Only)
Revenue sharing applies only if the item sells.

Gross sale proceeds shall be split 60% to the contributor / 40% to TPG
The split applies after any disclosed platform or processing fees (if applicable)
No compensation is owed for unsold items

    5. Representations & Fulfillment
    The contributor represents that:

They have full authority to offer the item
The item or experience will be fulfilled as described
Any experiences offered are lawful, transferable, and deliverable
The contributor bears sole responsibility for fulfillment.
TPG is not liable for contributor non-performance.

    6. Removal & Reclassification
    TPG reserves the right to:

    Remove an item mid-program
Reclassify an item (e.g., from auction to raffle or vice versa)
Modify auction parameters if required for program integrity
No liability shall attach to TPG for such actions.

    RAFFLE PARTICIPATION — MASTER TERMS

Raffle participation does not guarantee placement, prominence, or specific promotional exposure unless expressly agreed in writing.

    2. Acceptance & Discretion
Submission of a raffle item is subject to TPG approval.
TPG may reject, remove, or decline any raffle item for any reason, including but not limited to:

    Insufficient value
    Misalignment with audience or mission
    Operational or reputational concerns
    Redundancy or space limitations

    3. No Revenue Share — Donation Structure
    Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Raffle items are treated as non-compensated contributions
Contributors do not receive a revenue split from raffle ticket sales
No minimum exposure, revenue, or return is guaranteed
Raffle participation is not a substitute for sponsorship or paid placement.

    4. Optional Recognition (Non-Guaranteed)
At TPG’s discretion, raffle contributors may receive:

    Name or brand recognition
    Verbal acknowledgment
    On-site or digital mention
All recognition is non-contractual and non-guaranteed.

    5. Fulfillment & Liability
    Contributors are solely responsible for:

    Delivery of the item
    Accuracy of descriptions
    Any restrictions, exclusions, or conditions
TPG bears no responsibility for fulfillment disputes, delays, or defects.

GLOBAL PROTECTIONS (APPLY TO BOTH AUCTION & RAFFLE)
    1. No Guarantee of Exposure or Outcome
    TPG makes no guarantees regarding:

    Sales
    Bidding activity
    Exposure
    Attendance
    Promotional value
All participation is at the contributor’s own risk.

    Misrepresentation
    Non-fulfillment
    Intellectual property issues
Injury, loss, or damages related to the item or experience
