Before & After School Fall Registration Form 2026/27

Welcome back to another great year of after school fun!

This form is for your child who is attending either Bastion School Elementary, South Broadview Elementary or Hillcrest Elementary School.

Child attending Bastion School : They will be attending after school facility at LilyPad Kids at 2960 Okanagan Ave SE, building 120.

Child attending South Broadview or Hillcrest Schools: They will be attending after school facility Discovery Kids Club / Kin Park at 2460 Auto Rd SE.

Before School Care: Child will need to be dropped off at LilyPad Kids facility at 2960 Okanagan Ave SE building #150 between 6:45am-7:30am. We will then take children by bus to their designated school. Note: Kindergarten Children will be dropped off and picked up at their classroom door for the first two weeks of school, after that the school duties will be supervising any bus children being dropped off at school in the mornings prior to bell schedule. This will need to pre-arranged with your kindergarten teacher so they are aware.

Please fill out your child's information, include your information and grade your child is going into for September 2026.

You are registering your child for the school year starting Tuesday September 8th, 2026 to Thursday June 26th, 2027 last day of school.

For the Fall we are only taking kids for full time - you are then registering for 5 days a week Monday to Friday after school.

For Non Instructional Days & Early Dismissals you will need to pre-register for all of them that we are open for these days in the school year. We do not do drop in when needed for these days. The fee of $25 / day extra for these days of a drop off and pick up between 8:00-5:30 or $30 / day extra for a earlier drop off between 645am-8:00 am on these days will be charged on your monthly invoice.

Children who are not attending throughout July and August 2026 full time in one our other programs will require to pay September fees upon registering as a non-refundable payment to secure your child's fall spot if you are a new registered child to our programs. If you are a current child registered in one of our programs you can pay July 1st.

Non Instructional Days & Early Dismissals*

Yes, require full days for the non instructional days, pro d days and early dismissal days. By selecting yes you are registering for all the early dismissal, pro d days we are open in the school year. You will be billed for these days at a extra $25 per day (for after 8:00am - 5:30pm) or $30 per day (for 6:45am-8:00 earlier drop off) both incl CCFRI fee reduction and charged on your monthly invoiceNo, do not require any care on the non instructional days and early dismissal days

After submitting this form you will be contacted by February 15th and given confirmation of your child's fall registration. With your child's confirmation, a link will be provided to fill out the full child registration form with all your child's information and pick up details. As well details of the deposit required that will need to be sent to secure your child's spot.
