Midwest Region of the NMRA 2026 E-Ballot
Only resident members of the Midwest Region may use this e-ballot. Do not use this e-ballot to print a mail-in a ballot. If you wish to use a paper ballot, use the ballot printed in the Waybill available on the MWR website. Your ballot must be received no later than March 31, 2026.

If you vote more than once with this e-ballot, the Waybill paper ballot or both, only your first submission will be counted. You will receive an email receipt indicating your choices after submitting this e-ballot. The receipt will come from Jotform: noreply@formresponse.com

This year’s ballot includes candidates for 4 Director at Large seats as well as the question of approval of the amended Constitution and Bylaws previously adopted by the Board of Directors at its November 8, 2025 meeting. The preliminary Constitution and Bylaws can be downloaded for reading and review off the MWR website using the following URL link: https://www.mwr-nmra.org/mwr2016/mwr.minutes.html
