Makers Academy Re-Enrollment Form

This application is for current Makers Academy students and family only. Each family will need to complete this application to secure their spot for next school year. Upon submitting this application, the enrollment fee will be added to your tuition account to be paid by the end of the current school year ($200 per student, with a $400 family cap). Once the application is complete, then the spot will be held for that student(s). Enrollment opens on 1/20/2026 and will remain open for current families through 1/31/2026. After that time, spots will be filled according to openings.
