  • Abstract Submission Guidelines

    Contributors are required to strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

    Eligibility & Registration

    Abstract submission is open only to registered delegates. The presenting author must complete registration prior to abstract submission.

    A participant may may submit more than one abstract; however, only one oral presentation and one poster presentation per delegate will be permitted, subject to the approval of the Scientific Committee.

    Certificates of presentation will be issued only to the presenting authors.

    Language & Word Limit

    Abstracts must be written only in English.

    The word limit for abstracts is 300 words.

    Format & Structure 

    The abstracts must include full names of all authors with their designations, institutional affiliations and email ID of presenting author.

    Abstracts should also include:

    - Title of the paper

    - Background and Rationale

    - Objectives

    - Methodology / Approach

    - Key findings / Expected outcomes

    - Implications for mental health education, practice, or policy
