Broadcaster Letter of Agreement

Our mission at BlackVibeTV is to provide interactive multimedia digital television services to our users. We have designed and operate our digital internet television network with the primary purpose of celebrating African American content. BlackVibeTV LICENSE: Subject to the compliance by the Licensee of the requirements with all other provisions and restrictions set forth herein, The Broadcast Subscriber grants BlackVibeTV a license (“License”) for the Television exhibition of the Programs on all the channels and digital internet and other platforms as well as any territory wherein BlackVibeTV is authorized to exhibit during the effectivity of this Letter of Agreement. This Letter of Agreement is for one year and is renewable if both parties agree. This Letter of Agreement can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day notice.
