  • About the Event

    The Episcopal Church Women of Pennsylvania invite you to join us in celebrating the 106th annual meeting of women in Province III, held in the Philadelphia area on Friday, 4/24/26 and Saturday, 4/25/26.

  • Event Details

     

    All meetings will be held at the Diocesan Center: St. John’s Church, 23 E. Airy St., Norristown, PA 19401.

    • This is 3.3 miles from the Homes2 Suites by Hilton King of Prussia Valley Forge, which is 3.9 miles from the historic Valley Forge Park. At the park, you can see the Valley Forge Chapel, which is a working parish in the Diocese of
      Pennsylvania.
    • Friday night (4/24/26) we will meet at St. John’s Church in the Diocesan Center at 5:00PM with Rev. Christopher L. Schwenk for evening prayers. This will be followed with a light fellowship.
    • Saturday’s sign-in event (4/25/26) will begin at 8:00 AM. A light breakfast will be served with pastries and coffee. Bags and other meeting material will be passed out at sign-in. The speaker for Saturday will be Rev. Sarah Dunn. Sarah is known for engaging her audiences and leaving a lasting memory for all.

    • Event: Evening prayer
    • Fellowship: A short fellowship will be enjoyed with light refreshments after evening prayer.

    • Time: 8:00 AM — 3:00 PM
    • Place: St. John's Church, 23 E. Airy St, Norristown, PA 19401
    • Event: Annual meeting
    • Fellowship: 8:00 AM — 9:00 AM: Sign-in; pick up materials | 9:00 AM — 12:00 PM: Officer’s reports and remarks | 12:00 PM — 1:00 PM: Lunch | 1:00 PM — 3:00 PM: Rev. Sarah Dunn
