If you responded 'no' to the last question, please propose additional days/times that you would be available to meet throughout the week for progress monitoring and PI check-ins. These would ideally occur biweekly in addition to weekly progress report forms.
Please download the following SOP (right click and press 'save as') and follow the steps as soon as you are done submitting this form to access our lab's OneDrive. A link to this attachment can also be found on the confirmation email after you submit. Please email 'aidan.meyers@tamucc.edu' with Dr. Melaram CCed if you have any issues.
Next Steps:
1. We will add you to the website as soon as possible and eventually make a post on LinkedIn announcing you as a recent addition to Melaram Lab.
2. Make sure you complete the Collaborator SOP attached above and have access to the OneDrive.
  1. Create a folder in the OneDrive if there is not already one for your project and be sure to save all files for your project here going forward.
3. Look out for an invite email to join our Microsoft Teams.
4. If you have not already, make sure to schedule your meet and greet with Dr. Melaram and the Core Team.
5. Look out for weekly reminder emails to submit a project updates form each Thursday night. These are very important for us to maintain adequate project progression, and it is expected that you fill these out by Friday at 12:00 PM CST each week.
