2. What measurable impact has Lean had on your organisation?
Provide specific examples of improvements in efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, financial performance, or employee engagement.
3. How has Lean thinking been embedded into your organisational culture?
Describe leadership commitment, employee engagement strategies, and how improvement is sustained over time.
4. What innovative improvement practices or approaches have you implemented?
Highlight any unique or creative applications of improvement that have set your organisation apart.
5. How has your organisation influenced others through your approach to continuous improvement?
Provide examples of knowledge-sharing, industry leadership, or partnerships that have promoted improvement beyond your organisation.
