4. What measurable impact has resulted from the nominee’s leadership in Lean and improvement?
Include data or stories that reflect tangible outcomes, such as process efficiency, cost reductions, or cultural shifts.
5. Why does this nominee stand out as a leader in the field of continuous improvement?
Summarise their unique qualities, achievements, and how they exemplify leadership excellence.
