Describe the individual’s role, responsibilities, and context. Explain how they contribute to improvement activity and influence outcomes within their area or organisation.
2. What evidence demonstrates consistently high-quality improvement work?
Provide examples of improvement initiatives the practitioner has led or significantly contributed to. Highlight the quality, rigour, and effectiveness of their work over time.
3. How does the practitioner apply problem-solving and improvement methods?
Demonstrate the individual’s capability in diagnosing problems, using data, and applying appropriate improvement tools or methodologies. Include examples showing structured thinking and learning from outcomes.
4. How does the practitioner sustain improvements in practice?
Explain how improvements are embedded into standard ways of working. Include examples of monitoring, visual management, standardisation, or coaching to ensure benefits are maintained.
5. How does the practitioner enable, develop, or inspire others?
Highlight how the practitioner builds capability beyond themselves. This may include coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing, or creating the conditions for others to lead and sustain improvement.
