Highlight digital solutions, blended learning, coaching strategies, or unique instructional techniques.
4. What measurable impact has resulted from this initiative?
Include performance improvements, engagement data, success stories, or cultural transformation evidence.
5. Why does this initiative stand out as an exemplar of learning and development excellence?
Summarise its unique strengths, innovations and long-term benefits.
