4. How has the nominee contributed to thought leadership or innovation in continuous improvement?
Examples may include published work, keynote speeches, research, or new methodologies.

5. What makes this nominee truly exceptional as a global champion of continuous improvement?
Describe why they stand out among global leaders in the field and how their legacy will continue.
