Thank you for applying to the Cache County Fair and Rodeo. Carefully read all information.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Application process opens January 19th, 2026 with an deadline of February 27th, 2026.
- Jurying process will then take place with applicants being notified March 16th, 2026
- Vendor Contracts and Payments will be due prior to May 1st, 2026.
- Location: 490 S 500 W, Logan Ut. Cache County Fairgrounds
- Fair Hours: Aug 5; 12p-10p. and Aug 6-8;10a-10p
- Tent Space Size: Single space = 10' wide by 10' long.
- ALL tents are required to have a minimum of 20-lbs. weight attached to each leg. This is for both your safety and the public.
- Vendor parking will be very strictly enforced on all days.
- ALL vendors will maintain polite and courteous manners (including language) to all guests, other vendors and event staff. Failure to do so will result in your IMMEDIATE removal from the site with no refund!
- Please remember, you must leave your space as you found it.
EVENT FEE SCHEDULE:
- Non Food:
- $400: 10 W x 10 D Booth
- $600: 10 W x 20 D Booth
- Food:
- $500; 10W x 20D, Food Tent
- $700; 20W x 20D, Food Truck/Trailer
- $800; 30W x 20D, Food Truck/Trailer
RULES, REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION;
- TRAILERS/FOOD TRUCKS: All self-contained vehicles must be listed on your applications, if being used within your paid vendor space. Total length and width must be shown on your application. This must include tongue to bumper length of a trailer (i.e. a 22’ trailer with a 3’ tongue is 25’). Each vendor booth is 10x10’; therefore you will need to purchase booth space(s) to cover the ENTIRE length of your trailer.
- Food Truck and Trailers MUST will check in on Monday August 3 at a later scheduled time.
- All other Vendors MUST check in on Tuesday August 4 from 8 AM to 2 PM
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
No: Silly String, Smoke Bombs, Stink Bombs “Snappers”, Radios, AV Equipment, Weapons, Guns or Ammo. No Pets. No drug related items. If it is illegal in Utah, it is illegal at our fair.
PLEASE NOTE
- To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.
- Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Spaces are limited, get your application in EARLY!
- We will attempt to accommodate location requests however we cannot guarantee this.
- Applications are considered on a LOCAL vendor, first received, first considered basis.
