• Weekly Rate: $525/week•

Deposit: $200 (refundable)

This Vehicle Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is between EASY RENTALS ("Owner") and the Renter ("Renter") By signing this Agreement, Renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.

The security deposit is not applied toward rental time. It is held to ensure compliance with this agreement and may be used toward any unpaid charges or damages AT THE END OF RENTAL PERIOD.

Deposit may be partially or fully withheld for:

Any physical damage to the vehicle
Tire or wheel damage
Missing fuel or wrong fuel type
Excessive dirt, stains, spills, or pet hair
Late return or failure to return on the agreed date
Toll charges, tickets, or traffic violations
Missing items, accessories, or documents
Administrative and processing fees
Any breach of contract terms

If damages or charges exceed the deposit amount, renter agrees to remain responsible for the remaining balance.

Owner does not provide insurance or a vehicle coverage plan of any kind.

 
Renter is required to maintain their own valid auto insurance that extends coverage to rental vehicles. Failure to maintain personal insurance does not remove renter’s financial responsibility.

 
While the vehicle is in renter’s possession, renter accepts full responsibility for the vehicle and any events that occur. 

Renter is responsible for (including but not limited to): 

Tire damage, blowouts, punctures, sidewall damage, or replacement
Wheel or rim damage
Windshield or glass damage
Body damage, dents, scratches, or collision damage
Vandalism, theft, or attempted theft
Interior damage, stains, burns, or odors
Towing, roadside, recovery, and impound fees
Lost keys, key programming, or lockout services
Jump starts or dead battery due to misuse
All tickets, tolls, traffic violations, or citations
Loss of use (downtime) while the vehicle is being repaired 

Mechanical failures not caused by renter negligence or misuse remain the responsibility of the Owner.

Liability Disclaimer

Owner is not liable for injuries, death, or damage to renter or any third party. Renter assumes all risk from operation and use of the vehicle.

Renter agrees to the following permitted uses: Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) Delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instacart, Amazon Flex, etc

Renter agrees to:

No reckless driving, racing, or off road use -

No out of state travel unless approved in writing

Owner provides vehicle in good condition with documented photos. Renter agrees to return vehicle in the same condition. Any new damage will be charged to Renter.

If the Renter fails to make payment by the agreed date, refuses to return the vehicle at the end of the rental period, or is otherwise in breach of this Agreement, the Owner and/or its authorized agents have the legal right to immediately recover and repossess the vehicle without prior notice.

Failure to submit payment on time automatically places the Renter in breach of contract, and all rights to the vehicle are terminated unless a late fee of $25 is paid. No further approval is required from the Renter.

If the Renter keeps the vehicle without authorization, fails to communicate, or attempts to conceal the vehicle by way not limited to removal of any device from the vehicle, the Owner may treat the vehicle as unlawfully withheld property and pursue civil and/or criminal remedies, including but not limited to:

filing a stolen vehicle report, seeking repossession, and recovering any associated fees, legal costs, towing, and storage.

VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

Renter agrees to provide a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and accurate personal information. Owner may verify ID authenticity, driver status, and insurance validity. If any information is fraudulent, Owner may cancel the rental immediately and retain the deposit.

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from Renter's use of the vehicle, including accidents, injuries, property loss, or disputes with third parties.

FUEL / BATTERY RECHARGE POLICY

Renter agrees to return the vehicle with the same fuel level or battery charge level as documented at pickup. If the vehicle is returned with a lower level than the original amount: A $50 Refuel/Recharge Convenience Fee will be charged to cover the cost of refueling/recharging and time lost. This fee is in addition to the actual cost of fuel or charging needed to restore the vehicle to its original level. Failure to comply with this policy authorizes the Owner to deduct the fee from the deposit.

All rentals issued by Easy Rentals have a standard return time of 11:00 AM, regardless of vehicle type.

A rental is considered late after 12:00 PM (noon) if the renter has not returned the vehicle or completed and paid for a renewal.

If renewal payment is not received by 12:00 PM, a flat late renewal fee of $25 will be assessed, in addition to the regular rental rate.

If renewal payment or communication is not received by 1:00 PM (two hours past the scheduled return time), the rental agreement will be considered void.

 Upon contract voidance:

The security deposit will be forfeited in full
Easy Rentals reserves the right to recover the vehicle immediately
All recovery, towing, and associated fees will be the responsibility of the renter.

Owner reserves the right to recover the vehicle without notice and at renter’s expense upon breach of this agreement.

If the scheduled start date changes (including weekend shift or rental delay), this contract remains valid without creating a new agreement.

Owner may, at Owner’s sole discretion, grant verbal extensions as a temporary courtesy. Verbal extensions do not alter the terms of this agreement, including payment obligations, late fees, or recovery rights, unless confirmed in writing. Failure to submit required payment or return the vehicle by the extension expiration immediately voids the extension and constitutes unauthorized possession. Owner reserves the right to recover the vehicle upon expiration of any verbal extension.

The burden of proof for any verbal extension rests with the renter

By signing this Agreement, the Renter acknowledges and consents to the vehicle having GPS tracking for location and recovery purposes.
