A booth image is REQUIRED to submit your application. If you are new to festivals please include a sketch or outline of your proposed set up. We will be in touch with you if this is the case. All tents must be WHITE.

I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All vendors are juried and agree to show only original, approved work (no mass-produced or resale items). Booth fees are non-refundable once accepted. Vendors are responsible for their own setup and must use white tents only. This is a rain or shine event, and refunds will not be issued due to weather. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor not in compliance.
