PROSPECTUS
Armory Art Center invites artists statewide to submit up to two (2) artworks to this juried show.
PRINT AND SHOOT
Printmaking
This juried exhibition will feature contemporary printmakers working in all printmaking mediums, including intaglio, lithographs, relief, screenprints, monoprints, letterpress, artist books and print installations.
Photography
Have you reached an exciting point in your creative journey, experimenting with new ideas, gear, lightning, processes, chemistry, locations, or subjects? If so, we invite you to share your latest and most exciting explorations in our upcoming exhibition
Both
Prints and Photos must have been created within the last two years and not have been previously exhibited at the Armory Art Center. Reproductions will not be accepted. All artists, at least 18 years of age, residing in the United States are eligible.

- Drop Off | May 13-15 (late drop-offs will not be accepted)
- Pick Up | July 11, 13 and 14 (All work must be picked up this day or artists will be charged $10/per day for storage)
- Shipping | Artist is responsible for all shipping/delivery costs both ways.
- Fees | $42.00 per two submissions
ELIGIBILITY
This call is open to artists statewide, both amateur and professional 18 years old and up.
RULES
You will be asked to submit up to two (2) pieces to be considered.
Applications are reviewed based on the works submitted. Your work will be judged individually. This jury type allows artists to submit up to two pieces to be considered. Jury has the option to select none of your work or both works.
Work must be original work that is copied or done in part or by any other artist is not eligible.
Open to ALL printmakers and photographers
SELECTION PROCESS
The show is curated by Armory Art Center Staff and is juried by Armory Art Center Staff along with an anonymous juror. Please note that jurors give no personal feedback.
ENTRY PROCEDURE
Entry is done through JOTFORM, a web-based service that allows artists to upload images and organize their artwork for submission.
MEDIA PREPARATION
Submit properly cropped images of your work that are in focus and high quality. Your work will be judged by the images submitted.
All images must be formatted correctly. Formatting requirements are listed in the submission packet.
NOTIFICATION
Notification will be sent by email.
SALES
All artwork must be for sale. The Armory will handle all sales and provide a commission payment to each artist who sold work. All commission checks will be processed after the close of the exhibition. Artists will be asked to provide the Armory with a W-9 only if they sold artwork. You will be contacted if we need this information. The commission at the Armory is a 60/40 split: 60% to the Artist.
GIVING BACK
If an artist would like to donate a portion or all of their commission from a sale to the Armory, they will receive a tax donation.
REGULATIONS
By entering the Armory Art Center's call for art through JOTFORM, you are agreeing to be added to Armory's email list. By submitting images, you agree that the images are your own work, nothing copied, you own all rights to the images, and you take full responsibility for the content of all images, including the likeness of recognizable individuals. The actual artwork will remain the property of the artist; our mission is to promote artists and their work. Should your work be accepted, you grant the Armory Art Center the right to reproduce your image on our website, on social media, and, where appropriate, to help promote our exhibitions. The Armory will always credit you and your copyright wherever feasible. We will not use your image for any other purpose without the artist’s permission.
EXHIBITION AGREEMENT
If any of your work is accepted, this submission will serve as your agreement.
